The Rural Enterprise Accelerator Partnership of the Southwest (REAP^SW) is a regional program that delivers assistance to entrepreneurs over a video conference network. The Texas communities of Lamesa, Levelland, and Littlefield are joined by Hobbs, N.M., forming a unique regional and multi-state cooperation for entrepreneurial support. The goal of REAP^SW is to provide its member communities with hands-on training and the encouragement of good business practices through a partnership that will ultimately lead to business retention, business expansion and new job creation.

The EDC of Lea County provides new and existing local entrepreneurs with the space and equipment for video conferencing, which allows them to obtain one-on-one counseling, business mentoring, skills training, and seminars furnished by the Northwest Texas Small Business Development Region Network.
