Steve Vierck joined the EDCLC in 2016 after a successful career with over 30 years of experience as an economic development professional in New Mexico, Arizona and Texas. He serves as chief executive officer of EDCLC and is directly engaged in proactive marketing and business development initiatives.
Geni Cavanaugh joined the EDCLC in 2017 with over 24 years of experience in public relations, marketing and works directing the FlyHobbs, Energy Plex, Live. Work. Play., and EDCLC marketing efforts and assists with business attraction, retention and expansion activities.
Originally from Olympia, Wa., Sally has held several positions at the Economic Development Corporation of Lea County since 2008. Currently, she serves as the Director of Human Resources & Member Services and never misses an opportunity to tout the benefits of Lea County.
Elyce Gobat joined the EDCLC in 2014 as the Coordinator of Research and Special Projects. Elyce works directly with potential projects requesting information, prepares business proposals, and collects other necessary data for projects and research purposes.
Sarah joined the EDCLC in 2015 as the Coordinator of Digital Media. As such, she's responsible for developing and designing creative web and digital media solutions to support the marketing and recruitment efforts for the EDCLC, EnergyPlex, Fly Hobbs, and Live-Work-Play brands.
Tammie joined the EDCLC in 2016 as the Executive Administrative Assistant. As such, she is responsible for arranging meetings, maintaining and updating office filing systems, contact databases, master calendar, calendar management, completing expense reports; reviewing, preparing correspondence and travel arrangements, as well as daily accounting functions and other financial needs.
